HAVE YOU BEEN JUSTIFIED?

“After the suffering of his soul, he will see the light of life and be satisfied; by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities.” – Is. 53:11 (NIV)

Isaiah was one of the prophets who had the privilege of seeing the Messiah afar off and prophesying about his ministry. In Isaiah 53, he gives a detailed description of the Messiah and what he would undergo, culminating in the fulfilment of God’s earnest desires for us human beings.

[bctt tweet=”The Messian came and died so we can have peace and fellowship with God forever.” username=”edithohaja1″]

Verses 3 – 6 of that chapter read as follows:

“3. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
4. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
6. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.” – Isaiah 53:3-6

Many of us don’t know what it means to be alienated, especially by those we love. But here was someone whose sole purpose of being born was to sacrifice His life for others and yet He was scorned by the very same people. The people of His day felt He deserved what He got.

“How dare he call himself the Son of God, thereby making himself equal to God?” they demanded in outrage (John 5:18).

Yet, he went ahead and bore the agony to earn our forgiveness from sin, healing and freedom from every harassment of the devil. All we have to do is to believe and accept what He freely offers. That is what it means to be justified. To have the righteousness of Christ reckoned to us because our sins have been charged to Him.

“… ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.” – 1 Corinthians 6:11

“1. Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
2. Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity” – Psalm 32:1-2.

“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” – Romans 5:1.

So, I’d like to ask you pointedly: Have you been justified? Are you blessed as the scripture in Psalm 32 above indicates? Do you have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ?

For sure, there are many ways that seem to offer hope to us. Some say we are all intrinsically good and with the right education and comfort, we’ll be glowing examples of our specie. But a look at the news will show you that all of us are corrupt through and through as the Bible declares and in need of a Saviour.

[bctt tweet=”God wants to save us from the evil within us and live out His holiness in us.” username=”edithohaja1″]

“2. God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.
3. Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.” – Psalm 53:2-3

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” – Romans 3:23

Any good in us is likely to be perverted one way or the other if we don’t come to God to overhaul us and live out His holiness in us.

“But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.” – Romans 6:22

Charting our course will make us go astray. We should come humbly to the One whose blood has been shed for the remission of our sins.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” – John 3:16

If you haven’t done so, come to the Saviour Jesus today and be cleansed. Come to Him and receive life everlasting.

Thank you ma for blessing me with this message this night. Just what I needed to read. We continue to pray and ask God to help us fight temptations in our everyday lives, so that we can serve him better and be like him.

  • Onwuka Chinaecherem Emmanuel

For all have sinned and gone short of the glory of God; only through the blood Christ shed upon the cross of Calvary I can be saved from eternal damnation.

I’m not worthy to behold his presence; it’s only by his grace, and that grace is all I seek.

Thanks aunty Edith for this piece; truly I’m touched and may the good Lord strengthen you in your bid to spread the gospel.

  • Josiah Judith Enobong

According to his word in Psalm 32:1 “Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered…”

For the wages of sin is death; I’m not worthy for i am born with flesh & all born with the flesh are subject to sin; most times we struggle to make it on earth forgetting eternity. All I ask for is his grace to follow.

May God save us all. Thank you ma.

  • Ezeorah Cynthia Somtochukwu

Jesus has already paid for my sins by his death on the cross of calvary and God the Father has already accepted His payment. Since I have repented, there has been this peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, I know I have been justified by faith.

  • Ezenwa Obinna G.

Yes, justification is very important to be counted free from God’s judgment to come. I pray people will answer the call of salvation upon their lives. Bless u ma for this piece.

  • I’m a sinner.
    I acknowledge my transgression
Have mercy upon me and the whole universe
For i ‘ve not been justified,
For out of love u gave us your son jesus christ, that we may be free.

  • Ayigbo Chineme Edna

Gods suffering and death for us on the cross only showed His unfathomable love for us. You are not wrong when you stated the part of the bible that says that ‘for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God ‘ for truly we are all like a filthy rag before Him but I thank God that I have been justified and through articles like this, others will surely ponder on whether they have been justified and work towards it if they haven’t. Nice one ma,may God continue to fill you with more knowledge. Remain blessed.

  • MONYE GIFT ONYINYE

Yes, I have been justified by his grace. He saved me from so much atrocities i was into and that’s why when i think of the goodness of Jesus, and all he has done for me, i feel so glad being a receiver of his unmerited love..
Thank you, Aunty Edith, for a reminder of God’s wonderful love.

  • ALEGU SOLOMON CHIDI

There is no more condemnation to those who believe in Christ Jesus. he that dwelt in the secret place of the most high God, shall abide under the shadow of the almighty. The only place to dwell and be free from the devil’s harassment is in God’s kingdom. This post is actually reminding us Christians that God is the only person that gives life and in abundance. God is interested in the salvation of our soul. May the Lord help me to know him more and the power of his resurrection in Jesus name, Amen.

  • Nweke Jemimah Chisom

Jesus is the only way. In him alone can one find true peace. I pray that He gives us the grace to follow him faithfully.

  • Agi Comfort Obahi

Yes I have been justified there is no better love than that of Christ for us, no one can ever sacrifice like He did for us…
This justification is only by His grace and I pray God gives us that same grace to walk with Him..
    Thank you, Ma!

  • Nathalie Ukwu

The last bible verse has always been my favourite, John 3:16. The Lord is good and through his grace we shall be justified! Thanks for these words Aunty Edith.

  • Joseph Jennifer Ezinne

Justification is the reason many of us are still alive. We’ve been washed in his blood,we’ve been saved by his word, now we have the right to be called children of the most high God. We’re sons! Joint heirs with Christ! Christ’s death should be the most important event in any Christian’s life. If not, we would still use blood from animals to atone for our sins. Do you know how many people died in the old testament? the wrath of God consumed them! Now we’re here, living LA Vida loca, praying for forgiveness whenever we err and boom! we’re forgiven. I would always say this: God is amazing!

  • Akumambila ijeoma Winifred

His grace has saved me, I have been justified by it and there is no better love than that of Christ. I pray the Lord help me to know him more. Amen

  • Ukamaka Ukaegbu Mirabel

Yes I have been justified and I can proudly say that it’s the best thing that can happen to any human here on earth, I have learnt to be a dweller in God’s word than a dipper of his word.

  • keswet mercy

There is no other love that surmounts that of our Father, Lord and Personal Savior ……So great was the love that he died for your sins and mine what more would it cost you not please him all ramifications. By the grace of He that liveth in me i am justified

  • Henry

Its always a privilege knowing He bore our sins, leaving His Glory to die for us. We shouldn’t abuse the cross and make His death Vain going back to Sodom. Thank God for Salvation.

  • EKWUEME VICTOR OBIORA

Yes, according to my faith in Jesus Christ I have been justified right for the bible made it clearer in Romans 8: 1 there is no more condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. Glory to the father who made salvation so easy for me that way.. Jesus is the only way we can get access to God and heaven

  • ugochukwu ogwu

Thank you ma for this piece, I pray that in this season of lent God will help us fight temptations and be witnesses to his unending love in our everyday lives

  • Njoku Chimamaka Elizabeth

I especially like the part where you said ‘any good in us is likely to be perverted if we don’t let God overhaul us’- it points to the fact that the devil could use the good in us for his own purpose if we don’t surrender it to God..this includes our talents, skills, abilities and every seed of greatness planted in us by God.
    Very insightful post!

  • Ofodile chinenye

We pray for God’s mercy throughout this Lenten period that we may not crucify him on the cross for the second time but that through his death on the cross we will be justified and set free

  • Analike, Vivian U

    What can I say??
Jesus is my lord and personal saviour…
He saves and keeps me away from harm,
    He provides and protects me,
    He blesses and guides me,
To him I give all glory,
And into thy hands, I commit myself. Amen

may he help us to overcome all temptations
    Amen

  • peace onoja

what manner of love is this.even with the flesh of man He still bore the pains and suffering for MY sake. left for Him He wanted the cup to pass away but yet He subjected His will to that of His master. oh what humility. lord please help us to remain justified in you.

  • Okonkwo chidimma benita

Whenever the word justification pops up, what rings through my mind is John 3:16. The love of God is greater than that of any man. I have been justified and answered to the call of the cross. Thank you ma for sharing the word of God and changing people’s life. God bless you!!

  • ONAH JULIET

For all have sinned and fallen short of his glory but one thing that glads my heart is that he came for sinners to be justified and truly he will set us free because sometimes, we are willing but the flesh is not….oh lord!give us the grace to over come sin especially defiling our body which is your temple…thanks you ma for always been there for us…

Ohh yes I have been justified with all the love, care he showed me even though am a sinner his love is not just for me alone but with everything around me ,I can’t praise him enough he is truly the king of kings and Lord of lords his love is forever. i must be honest this post is a reminder to us Christians about the love he showers on us daily.

  • Osere Theresa

This is the part where Christians finds it hard to understand the power of the cross, the bible said he took our infirmities that is free from, pains, struggle, poverty, ailments e.t.c. and the word TOOK is a past tense that is sure ailments or pains or poverty has been taken away from us long time before now, so I will say I have been justified…

  • UGWU, CHINAGOROM JOSEPH

God indeed is awesome God; He loves us even when we attack him and Disrespect him. We break his heart daily, yet He forgives and gives us a helping hand. He protects and cares for us. This is Touching! Thank You , Ma. God bless you for this.

  • Ike Faustina Uchechukwu

its very simple God have already paid our debt, he only wants to leave our old ways and embrace the new wonderful life he has given us, the life of holiness, we should be grateful . Very inspiring piece

  • onyeabor ijeoma Rita

we’ve sinned and come short of your glory oh God,. most times we have this passionate feeling to carry the cross along with you but some earthly gain deviate us away fro you, Jesus we plead you give us that grace to always remember in all our life endeavour that we are crucifying you the second time by our sins, give us that grace to follow you no matter the obstacles…amen

  • God is love and by his grace, we are made holy. On the justification, to me I think I grow in Faith, everyday. Even in the mist of temptation, Christ has a way of making us remain in the Lord. Only if we can listen to his guidance. This is such a huge reminder and having a Christian like you around is a gift from God. ???

  • Ene Kosisochukwu Zita

We all have sinned and come short of the glory of God according to the scripture. Man and woman, the rich and the poor, beauty and the beast all fall in this category. The only justification we have is to believe and accept the Lord our God. Heavenly race is like running after an ambition you believe in. You achieve it by giving it your best. It’s your heart; follow it.

  • okereke chukwuemeka matthew

Although we scorned him to death, yet he bore the pains and misery just to save our wicked hearts
He knew what was going to happen to him, yet he took the bended knee for us to rise above all
By our words and deeds he was made wretched,he was spite upon, he was made naked, he was beaten, yet he endured it all just for you and me to know his glory and be saved.
What a mighty gift that transcends all human understanding. I thank you Lord Jesus.

  • Abugu Nkemjika

Each time I remember God’s love for me! I feel like the apple of God’s eye “For we are all sinners nd God has sent his only begotten son to redeem us”

  • Njoku Chioma Grace

being justified indeed, means being saved from the life of sin and this only comes by true repentance and acceptance of the Saviour, Christ Jesus whose deep and unfathomable love for us led Him to give up His heavenly position to come down to earth, take our human form and die that painful and shameful death. yes ma, i have been justified and it is a privilege i can never abuse but will always appreciate.

  • Amarachi Deborah Ugwu

  • Nkiru Amaechina

And without shedding of blood is no remission of sin.
So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.
who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame for my sake. Thank you Jesus for paying the debt that i could never pay .

  • Izukah chinonso favour

I am particularly grateful for the blood that he shed for us which absolutely justified us. His blood has binded us and made us joint heirs in christ that alone is a conviction that whatever thing that comes our way it doesnt skip the notice of our lord jesus. For he has washed us with his blood and called us his own.

  • igboecheonwu Prisca

The death and suffering of Jesus Christ means that nothing good comes easily and even if it comes without stress we don’t appreciate it. Just like when Jesus was on earth, we condermed him because we didn’t appreciate him but when he died and we sw signs that showed that he is the true son of God, many people regretted their actions towards him.
Our God is a merciful God

  • Abugu Chinazom

Even after suffering for us all through to his death, we still find places in our heart to sin against God. Through it all, we are humans, he still loves us anyway. He’s ever ready to listen to us in prayers and ever ready to answer us at his own time.

  • Truly, one comes to God through his son Jesus Christ, for we have all sinned and fall short of his glory, but with his ever precious blood, he paid the debt we can never pay and is calling on us to come to him. he is the way, the truth and the life, having being redeemed and washed in his blood, I plead that the grace remain ever abundant for all to be redeemed and saved to eternity.

  • Vanessa Ezenwafor

    Yeah
I acknowledge I’m a sinner Lord but with your precious blood shed for us all, I believe I have been renewed. Let your grace be sufficient for us all
Thank you for your son, Jesus Christ
    I am new

  • With God mercy we are being justified. The Love of God cannot be compared to the one our parents have for us. All our sins have paid in cross for the love. Love that is indescribable, immutable beyond our understanding. With this article my stomach can never run empty because it satisfies grant peace of mind thanks MA for this remain blessed.

  • Joseph Edidiong

Hmm. Powerful word. Justification in christ is the assurance of salvation. Let’s not lose sight of this as believers, that we may come boldly before the throne of grace, through the blood of christ and obtain mercy and help in time of need.

  • Ugwu Amarachi Chinemerem

The Lord Jesus is the light of the word, who came to die for the sins if man kind without thinking twice about paying the price for our own sins. He is the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the father except through, Jesus Christ is like an intermediary between God and the people.

The death of Jesus on the cross led to my justification and ever since I knew the truth my life has never remained the same. It’s no more of what God can do for me but of what I can do for God.

  • Okeke Grace Amarachi

This one really got me… Have you been justified. Any good in us is likely to be perverted one way or the other if we don’t come to God to overhaul us and live out His holiness in us. Thank you ma for this wonderful piece. may God continue to use you to bless us. Amen

Thanks a lot Ma for this wonderful write up
For there is no other way by which a man can be saved except through the blood of Jesus .

  • Amachukwu Amarachi mercy

He is Jesus who was sent by God to bring new testament into the world so we might be justified by grace and not the law of the old testament. His Grace abounds all. Michael Smith sang grace; your grace, I’m not without you, your grace shines on me. As I read this post I am feeling captivated by grace through the holy spirit. Nice work maam.

  • MOKOGWU JOSEPHINE

God’s love for us humans is unconditional, for he sacrificed his son for us alone, what more do we want from him? to wash away our sins and make us clean.

  • Mefoni Modey

  • Ugwuanyi Cyprian Fulton Tochi

Justification is not by our own merit rather it’s God’s sufficient grace and that is why St Paul’s second letter to the Corinthians maintained that only God’s grace is the only way to be justified. This means that we must belief and accept Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior and also be born again by obeying God’s commandment especially loving God above all else and loving our neighbours….
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (2 Corinthians 12:9)
Thanks Mum for your spiritual food which nourishes our soul.

It is by His divine Grace that we survive daily challenges life throws at us, and we can only benefit from this Grace when we are justified. We pray constantly for reassurance of hope and for strength to tackle life’s challenges.

  • Okoye Chukwuebuka (Decency)

Surely we should surrender all to God, he is always ready save us, the bible says, I came that they might have life and have it more abundantly, again he came to call sinners not the righteous. I have said the above prayer over and since I read this post. Let’s open our heart to God that we might be saved. Thank you lord Jesus.

Thank you Ma’am for this spiritual food.

  • SAMUEL GODSGIFT AKACHUKWU

thank God i have been justified by faith through christ jesus and i am humbled that i can call him abba father without having to go through any channel to have my prayers answered. my candid advice to students and everyone is that we pursue jesus and have him in our lives before going for any other obligation. if we understand the justification of our faith in jesus, then we are more than conquerors.

  • EZENWA CHINENYE EVANGELINE

Yes, i have been justified by faith in christ jesus. i beleive that christ died for me and that he raised from the death so that i could have a chance with God. i have decided to follow jesus at all cost and inspite of how difficult the world may be standing with christ is not an option, it is a necessity. i rejoice in the justification of my faith in the lord. halleluyah!

  • EZENWA CHINENYE EVANGELINE

Jesus has given us victory through his death. i am glad that i am justified by faith in Christ Jesus and i believe that Jesus saves. glory to be God who has given me this right to call on him and be answered, to pray and receive answers and to be an image of his goodness here on earth, amen.

Jesus has set me free from the shackles of sin and set me on a path of righteousness. i have been justified by my faith in Christ Jesus. i declare that i am a child of God and i walk in the might of his powers. i believe that there is therefore no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus and that through faith, i can work out my salvation with holiness and trembling.

He born our transgressions so that we might be free.this shows how God’s love is extended for both believers and sinners. All we have to do is to believe and accept what He freely offers.

  • Ekwuru Jil

He bore our transgressions so that we might be free.this shows how God’s love is extended for both believers and sinners. All we have to do is to believe and accept what He freely offers.

  • Ngwu Cosmas Chinonso

Christ’s coming into the universe was to free man from sins and liberate him from the shackles of sins but man was not interested in this salvific mission. He instead looked down on Jesus and called Him “The Son of the Carpenter”. It will be a lost opportunity that Christ dwelt in our midst and yet we were not able to be justified by Him. This is the time we have to approach Jesus with faith, serve Him with all our hearts and be disposed to let Him justify us. It is only those who believe in Jesus Christ and live in accordance with His dictates that can be justified and saved by Him. That was why it was not everyone whom Jesus encountered that was saved. Jesus could not perform many miracles in His hometown because some of His people never believed in Him.

  • Essien, Anietie Archibong

It’s so touching that jesus had to go through so much for our sins and yet the sins of the world gets worse as the day goes by,people are killing each other, maltreating others, even stealing from people using the church as an excuse but God still pardons and gives us time to repent and come back to him.not everyday we come across teachings like this..thank you ma.

  • AKPAN GABRIEL C.

The question; Have you been justified? Bounce back to us the followers of Christ (Christians) and the question also trace back to the sinful state of man, and that it was because man in the world was full of sins, iniquities, corruption etc. to this note. Fortunately, Jesus came to avail himself for sacrifice just for our sins. To this note, the selected portions of the bible are just a moral lesson to all; that everyone should always go back to the one who made us clean by his precious blood and we should also draw close to the one whose blood has been shed for the remission of our sins.

  • Kat

Indeed he paid the ultimate price for our salvation. We can have life in abundance only because of the blood he shed on the cross of calvary. I’m humbled by Christ’s sacrifice. Have i been justified?. I’ll feed on this question for a while. Thank u ma’am,for this wonderful post

  • EKWURU JILL

What a powerful life changing words, thanks for bringing this great words to attention ma , often times we get carried away by the affairs of life, yet the question hits our consciousness “have you been justified’ , we have really fallen short of his glory, and the hope which uplifts us is that ” there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus” so whatever burden of sin we have he is ever ready to cleans and justify us.

  • Eze stanley justice

actually, this calls for sober reflection towards our relationship with the lord. it remembers me the death he died on the cross of cavalry yet we have not recognized it.i pray that God should help us to be united in him i n Jesus name Amen.

  • OMEGO BONAVENTURE CHIGOZIE

  • EZEMA CHIDINMA GLORIA

One thing i have learnt, is that having accepting God as your personal Lord and Saviour, and truly being a real child of God, you will always have peace with God throught our Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you ma and God bless you.

  • Onu Victor Tochukwu

God is ever merciful. I can’t imagine how many parents that can give out their children to serve the Lord not to talk about letting them suffer for the sake of God. I can’t just thank God enough for sharing His goodwill through you ma.

  • Hillary

It doesn’t inlvolve just accepting God as your saviour, one has to be willing to live according to the principles recorded in the Bible.
That’s what’s required from us all, and we must not forget that it’s not for Gods benefit but for ours

  • Attih Faith Etim

We have been justified through faith by the glory of God. Christ bore our sins on the cross to save our lives from eternal damnation. To enjoy the benefits of salvation, let us believe fully and wholly on him.

  • Chikwado Ezeh

Have I been Justified? A good question those that call themselves Christians should find time to ask themselves, and ponder for an answer.

  • Ugwuoke Kenneth Ekene

on a normal circumstance, a Christian might answer “yes” to the question above. But on a deeper thought, we might discover our dealings with people, secretly and openly that goes contrary to our faith in God. We,as Christians ought to know that, as apostle Paul said, the law does not justify a man, rather faith does.

  • Odeke Chidubem Camilus

Jesus has given me salvation, for with his death i am made whole. He took my burdens, my many counless sins and washed them away with his blood. Thank you Jesus, for with you i am justified.

  • Chigbo Godspromise E

Lord have mercy on your children for we have come short of your love and glory, Baptise us with your spirit and water that flowed from your side.

  • Onah chiamaka Geraldine

God loved the world so much to the extent of sacrificing his own son so that we may he justified.. May the death of our lord Jesus Christ never be in vain and may we receive our reward in heaven.. Amen

  • Ifebunandu Angela Chiemerie

To be justified in Christ means that God declares or considers us to be holy individuals even though we are still sinners. To be justified in Christ means that we do not try to earn our forgiveness or win God’s favour and gain the right to go to heaven. God is the one who justifies us because we believe He exists, that Jesus is God, Jesus died so that He can forgive our sins, and He returned to life. If we really believe these truths, then He justifies us and declares us to be eternally holy.

  • Egbo Benjamin Chigbogu

Then sings my soul, my saviour God to thee.
How great thou art, how great thou art.
Then sings my soul, my saviour God to thee.
How great thou art, how great thou art.

  • obidigbo ifunanya

I very inspiring and heart lifting post, I am justified in His name. The part that got me was “But he was wounded for our transgression, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with His stripes we are healed.”

  • Ndubuisi Uchenna Nicholas

we all have come short of the glory of God but with the sacrifice of his son on the cross our debt has been paid

  • Charles Emmanuella

Exactly what i needed! God is indeed a loving and merciful God . One that doesn’t mind sacrificing his son for the world. I’m so thankful to be his child

  • Gerald

if only we could fully grasp the implication of christ’s deat for us on the cross, if we could for a moment, place ourselves in his shoes, only then would we discover the vanity of evrything created and seek solely to be at peace with God and be reunited with him on the last day

  • Blessing obidudu

God’s death on the cross have justified us from all sins and transgressions. His tender mercies are new every morning and we must always look up to him and avoid sin. Nice words of encouragement MA.

  • Mbata jemita

He died for our sins that we may be made whole. We are justified by this singular act.

  • We are justified if we give our lives to Christ. He died for us and redeemed us of our sins. We should strive hard to keep up to his tenets.

  • Okechukwu Timothy chima
Jesus died on the cross of Calvary to wash away our sins,to give us hope and grace. Many Christians have lost hope because they do not know what they possess, because they have not been justified.

  • Chidinma Obasi

While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. It is only love that can make someone to die for another. So what Jesus did on the cross of calvary was to demonstrate his love for us and that settled it all. Thanks ma for this nice piece, God Bless you.

  • Gerald

justification isnt a commodity that can be bought……..The death of christ grants automatic salvivic privileges to who ever believes in HIM

  • Henry

    Have I been Justified?
That’s a rhetorical question, but should be answered.
For us who haven’t, may we accept HIM
For us who may have, but fall on the way, may God re-energize us. Amen.

  • AJIBO chioma

Yes I have been justified, having the love and peace of Christ in the world, his love overlooks our sins

God’s word cannot go back to him void without accomplishing that which it was sent. Since Isaiah had seen the vision of Jesus, it had to come to pass. We should have peace with God in order to get Salvation.

Christ died on the cross of calvary for the justification and salvation of man kind. Anyone that believeth in God by his grace is justified and save. We have sinned and gone short to the glory of God, through the dept he paid for us on the cross by given his life to death for the salvation of his love ones who so ever that believe that in him shall not perish and thus will be justified. • Edet Elijah

Being justified is not by one power but by the grace of God. For one to say he or she is totally justified, he or she has to be repentant, forsake the sinful ways and accept the fact that Jesus is lord and personal saviour. His death on the cross is an act for one justification.

  • Ugwuaneke Grace U.

His death on the cross justified me, ie, it brought me peace and a new life.for this, I make this prayer to you lord.”Lord Jesus I ask for forgiveness of my sins and your mercy to take me and accept me as yours, lord you died so that I might live.I thank you for that great sacrifice and ask you to accept me as your own and make me to be conscious and never to fall back to sin, even if i do,help me to come back to your merciful arms and be pure again, Amen.

  • Arene Ifeyinwa Ketochukwu

I have been justified by faith therefore I have peace with God (Romans 5:1). Jesus has obtained an eternal redemption for me (Hebrews 9:1). • Nwata Blessing Chinyere

  • Ezema chidiebere.B

No might not be taken for an answer for this prticular question, as everyone wer claim they are justify especially we that claim to be christains. sometimes we claim we are justified but fail to acknowledge what God has done for us on the cross of calvary. some keeps Gods will today because they are afraid of hell fire.

  • Levi ifeanyi

Brethren, having been justified by his blood, let us try our best to be doing all that please him. Remember that any evil action you do is the second crucifixion of our lord. Therefore, let us not do to Christ what okonkwo did to ikemefuna in “Things Fall Apart.”

  • Nwanze Josephine Chidera

Christ’s primary reason for coming to the world is to reconcile mankind to God. I have been justified by Christ’s sacrifice and I would like to advice anyone that is yet to acknowledge and accept the sacrifice of Christ should do. God is so merciful, faithful and just to accept whenever we decide to come back home/ton Him. Remember the chastisement that brought about our salvation were laid on Him, remember by His stripes we were healed and God would not spare anyone who despise this awesome sacrifice until the end of time.

  • Joan chikadibia Eze

Yes!. He was slain for our sins and iniquities. Being justified is very important in our lives in order to be saved from the evil things of this world. So, come to Jesus the Saviour of the world and be cleansed.

  • Onuoha Divine Nmasinachi

Recently, I read something very interesting. It says: ‘Jesus leaving the 99 to find 1 seems irrational and senseless until that one is you’
He left his throne, left the others who were righteous, and came after me that went astray. I was that important to him.
He was supposed to get angry with me in my sins, feel very disappointed and ignore me right? As someone who has thought me what is right and what is wrong…
But that was when he came and died. (Rom. 5:8) and now I am justified. Hallelujah!
Its an honor to be loved by Him.
This words are soul lifting ma.

  • Nnamani Sylvia onyedikachi

His blood was shed for the forgiveness of sins that we may be justified..God loved us and that was why he sent his beloved son to come down on earth and suffer death

This post is actually reminding us Christians that God is the salvation of our soul, and he is the only one that gives life and in abundance. The only place we can dwell and be free from devil is God’s kingdom because he said that he that dwelt in the secret place of the most high God, shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. The justification is only by his grace and I pray God gives us that same grace to walk with Him.

I am justified and saved by the blood Jesus, my sins have been washed away, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, Jesus came for us sinners to save and justify us all from the wages of sin which is death

Jesus’ death did a lot for us especially as Christians, we have access to Him, our sins were forgiven etc, so now I am justified.

Until we accept Christ into our lives, that human nature of sin remain in us. Jesus did it all on the cross, its left for us to accept justification for our sins.

We can learn to stay away or abstain from sin, because it is only sin that bridges the gap between God and us. I pray he washes away our sins and bring us back to him once more, Amen.

He bore our sins and transgressions. He suffered for our sake. He was brutalized for us to be at peace with God. He was reduced to nothing for us to be something. He abandoned His throne above for us to stay there with Him in eternity. We just need to abide in righteousness and Holiness, doing what is pleasing unto the father. He has redeemed me with His blood. I’m a new creature.

  • Thank you Jesus for making me free from all my sins and washing them away, for sacrificing your life just to redeem me and giving me a second to reconcile with the father . I Need your grace to abstain from sins. Thank you ma for this inspirational post.

  • Sometime I sit and just wonder about the suffering and death of Christ on the cross… And the fact that that we His children are still crucifying him again and again by our sinful life is heartbreaking, we should all ask God for his grace to abstain from sin

Christ Sacrifice is the greatest expression of love ever! His salvation is the greatest gift the world has received but has refused to acknowledge… I pray that we all realize what Christ has done for us and surrender to his salvation… Amen.

He was crucified for our sake and suffered for our transgressions just so that we can be one with the Father. We have to honor him in Faith and Righteousness.

Oh Lord Jesus, we know that we crucify you everyday of our lives through our shortcomings, and inactions to abstain from sin. I ask you Oh lord Jesus today, to grant us the grace and mercy not to sin again.

  • Ejiofor Emmanuel

This question calls for a deep reflection on our lives. May God give us the grace to avoid sin and not to crucify his son more…Amen
