CARRYING THE PRESENCE OF GOD
Nothing compares to the joy and awe we feel in the presence of almighty God. We cannot afford to be away from Him. In the Old Testament, worshippers needed to go to the temple to soak in God’s presence and glory. Now, because Jesus is at the right hand of the Father and has sent His Spirit to live in us, wherever we are we can carry the presence of God.
However, we need to be in harmony with Him by maintaining an attitude of reverence and avoiding sin to actually revel in the beauty of His presence which has been freely made available to us upon redemption. When we do so, we see the scriptures that say we have this treasure in earthen vessels and we are more than conquerors fulfilled in our lives (2 Corinthians 4:7, Romans 8:37).
May God feel our hearts, then, with hunger for His holy presence and help us to spend time each day praying and studying the Bible so that in our speech and conduct, we will reflect His glory to the world in Jesus’ name. Amen.
Psalm 27:4 (KJV)
One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (KJV)
19. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20. For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
Mark 1:35 and 39 (KJV)
35. And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.
39. And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils.

The presence of God brings joy to my heart.i say Amen to your prayer Aunty
It’s really a thing of joy that we now have the gift of carrying God within us. No longer do we have to look far to feel God’s presence
cause it’s right here in our hearts and souls and that’s simply beautiful ?. When we are holy and dwell in God’s presence, he dwells in us too and it’s as if all our worries are like sand that can be blown away with a puff of breath. We feel so light and unburdened. Carrying the presence of God should indeed be everyone’s dream
It’s a great privilege to have the presence of God everywhere, there is no particular place to seek his presence. When we sincerely long and thirst for his presence, He satisfies our hunger and gives us fulfilment through the power of his holy spirit.
His presence is something so precious to him that only people that press deeper into him are bestowed with such. Moses was requesting of him that his presence should go with him and the Israelites and that they don’t need an angel.
I desire earnestly for the hunger.
there is always joy in my heart, suprisingly even in trying times, and i am convinced that this is as a result of God’s presence. people always think it is only in church we can experience the presence of God. God exists in our hearts and his presence can be felt anywhere and anytime. this ia a great gift unto us, it all boils down to us living righteously so that He can continue to dwell in us.
We have received the Spirit and we are now one with the Spirit. As Christians our actions as well as words have to show that we are truly carriers of God’s presence. Jesus can be seen as a perfect example. When we take up this new man in Christ we are no longer of the flesh but of the Spirit
No feeling compares to dwelling in God’s presence, we should try as much as possible to stay away from sin and anything that will hinder staying in his presence
I learnt that by always reading our scripture and avoiding sin, we carry God’s presence with us.
I also learnt that carrying God’s presence adds beauty and happiness to our lives
