DON’T DESPAIR

I believe that this little poem is for someone out there.

Windy days and stormy nights
Broken dreams and bitter fights
When it seems that all is lost
Don’t despair if God you trust

Although I illustrated it with the symbol of a failed marriage, it is generally addressing those situations that appear hopeless in our lives. God can turn any situation around even when by human calculation it seems irredeemable.

When God said Sarah would have a child when she and her husband were old and wrinkled, she did what most people would have done – laugh. When Jesus asked for where Lazarus was laid, the dead man’s sister warned him he’d be stinking by then. But God performed a miracle in each case.

If your trust is in God, He alone has the final say. Do not despair, do not throw in the towel. The answer you’ve waited so long for may be just around the corner. The LORD bless you and give you beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning and a spring for your desert in Jesus’ name.

21:1-2
1. And the Lord visited Sarah as he had said, and the Lord did unto Sarah as he had spoken.

40. Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?
43. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.

NO matter what we are going through in life we shouldn’t be hopeless or give up because God is our trust. In Him we live and have our being.

You’re right, my dear! And I love that scripture very much, “In Him we live and move and have our being.”

In trials and tribulations, we should never give up on God. Rather, we should keep steadfast in faith and prayer believing that one day, God will turn our situations around. I also love the rhyme pattern.

Do not despair the ways of the Lord, his blessings might take long but Gods time is always the best, we always pray day and night thinking that he that is called upon is asleep but we don’t always calm down to listen to his voice or look for signs ,God is always ready to do it when he fills the time OK for one’s blessings to come. Patience is always the key

There is nothing to hard for GOD to do. He is the impossibility GOD. I think the most difficult thing to do in this life is to create a human being, but GOD made it possible. then what can’t this GOD do.when there is darkness, he brings light, when there is sadness, sorrow, he brings joy and happiness. No matter how heavy that storm is, HE will always calm it down at the right time. HE IS THE OCEAN DIVIDER

When things are falling apart, it is only God who can fix it. No matter how broken you are or your marriage, when you think all hope is lost, turn to God. HE will redeem you from every difficulty.

Don’t despair because God will repair all the prepared debts through payable form. This piece advice us to always trust in God and have no worry because God is with us. He helps us to accomplish our dreams and aspirations if we don’t panic. Gods word affirmed us that there is nothing God cannot do, so he is a miracle working God. I have learnt a lot from this gospel message.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. It takes a lot of faith and trust to believe in God. But it’s not by our strength because his strength is made perfect in our weakness.

I needed to read this post. Sometimes we feel suffocated by life’s troubles. But no matter how bad things get, we should fix our gaze squarely on the Almighty Father who alone has the power to fix us in the most amazing ways!

When we pray we should have patience and wait for God to show us his love. Even when it looks like it’s almost impossible, we should exercise faith and wait on him because he will surely answer.

A song says thus: “Never give up, never give up. Never give up to thy sorrow, Jesus will bid them depart, trust in the Lord, trust in the lord, sing when your trials are greatest; trust in the lord and take heart”. The line that caught my attention is the part that says ” sing when your trial are greatest”. God is never late in his timing, so we ought to NEVER GIVE UP!

  • Ejiofor Emmanuel

He maketh a way when there seems to be no way. He is the God of surprises. Just don’t lose hope on him.
