Divine tears are being shed for you,

Let the forces of good in you
Overcome the forces of evil
Heal, Nigeria, heal

Please, forgive our sins, oh Lord
We return to you
And make a new covenant
To be yours

Today on my birthday, this is my prayer for my country and other nations of the world. May the nations return to the Lord their Maker and may His glory be seen from shore to shore in Jesus’ name. Amen.
