FROM BAIT TO CATCH (SHORT STORY SERIES)

PROLOGUE:
This is a short story series I posted here on the blog last year. I realise that many of my new readers are yet to see it, so
I’ve assembled all 14 episodes in this post.

It’s a love story. The love between the major characters wasn’t mutual at first but one of them refused to give up …. You’ll see human nature at its worst and at its best in this story. Some of the characters will grow on you as you see them battle challenges and grow thereby.

All told, the story is typical slice of life but with enough intrigue, suspense and emotionally charged moments to enthrall you from start to finish. I composed a quote to capture the essence of each episode of the story and used it to prepare an accompanying graphic.

Let me now get out of the way. Enjoy!

This is a captivating story that portrays how good friendship leads to marriage, anybody can be your husband or wife that’s why we must not look down on anybody because we don’t know who will be in our paternal or maternal home, or even our boss, best friend or I will say Enemy. What an intriguing story. I’m itching to read the next episode because I want to get to the bottom of this story while being entertained. Using an honest and genuine person as a bait has it repercussions so I advise this lady to trade cautiously.

I know Sharon wants to be in a relationship so bad but I don’t like the fact that she’s using Raphael as a bait. You don’t mess with one’s heart like that. Well I hope she knows what’s she doing, since she got it all figured out.

  • Agena Yimase

I read something somewhere and it says “if you want to have fun, go to the beach, dont play with a persons heart in name of “fun”.

Sharon ooo, take it easy with the guy’s heart. But, I’ve learnt that taking people for granted or looking down on anyone is a risk. You don’t know what tomorrow holds. You don’t know who will turn out to be who tomorrow. This has taught me how to act in a relationship.
